The hour, itemized
- The interview, when the note arrived, which floor carries it, what the season did
- Under the floor first: joists, subfloor, ground moisture; the metro's usual confession
- The system path: platforms, chases, supply-air check
- The meters throughout: readings where eyes can't go, imaging where it earns use
- The paper. Ask for a written, itemized scope with the correction included, or the clean baseline file
